Our consultants have over 60 years of clinical experience, with expertise in service line development and consulting.  To optimize rehab referrals, our team will analyze your rehab screening process in order to identify areas for growth.  We will work with you to assess opportunities to overcome barriers to process efficiency.  Our consultants will also work directly with clinicians and administration to identify the most clinically-appropriate functional outcome measures to track, analyze, and report.  We have developed tools to embed within existing workflows to highlight quality initiatives and demonstrate your value.

Once initial barriers are identified and action plans are developed during the initial onsite meeting, our consultants will develop quarterly business reviews to monitor progress.  Screening, referral, and functional outcome data will be presented for program performance review, competitive benchmarking, and reporting compliance. Knowing and improving these numbers is crucial to successfully growing and marketing your rehab program.
